Hey everyone! I'm the Lost Coast Ninja. In mid-November, I started seeking caches, and since them it's been a non-stop hobby: every trip to another part of town ends up with another find under my belt. A few weeks after beginning the game, I started hiding caches in and around my current home town of Fields Landing, and also in Eureka proper. Here's a list: Whalers Dry Dock GC38377 Bayside Hide-Out GC38HAK Bayside Hide-out Extreme GC38XJC All Zipped Up GC38T2H Hoagie Hijinks GC387CE Also, I recently adopted TFJ's "Got Change/ T-1800" series of caches around the Bayshore Mall, and also The Landing TB motel in Fields Landing. All of the Bayshore-area sites have been updated with Rite in the Rain, and the TB motel will soon be one of 4 new ammo cans I picked up today Hope to meet some of y'all soon. The Ninja of the Lost Coast

Adventures Edge- Rite in the Rain paper, Hiking/outdoor supply
CVS/Wallgreens- micro Caches, plus Michaels next door has magnets, hot glue, paint, and velcro
Ace/ Piersons- Caching hardware, supplies for custom containers.

Got to tell ya:
For me it is about going somewhere, seeing something or somewhere awesome. Don't mind goober caches if they are related to something denoted above.
GEO-TORTURE ... not so much fun.
Indeed, I avoid some hides because I am not into GEO-TORTURE. That is the beauty of this silly activity ... something for everyone. I come from a variety of outdoor thrill-seeking activities, and I think my cache hides reflect that fact. In no way would I be ashamed to admit it However, they're not all made for the extreme sports junkie: a bunch of them are quite accessible by the average person. That being said, my new cache (which was delayed a day due to weather) is definitely not going to be easy. It will probably involve a bit of torture, in one way or another- but what most cachers would call torture, I would probably call a fun, adventurous, and memorable experience and/or a well-hidden cache. To each their own, in my book- but I'll try to hide a wide variety of different styles of caches, just like the best of them do Ninja

Hello all. Wow, what an adventurous day! I've completed the placement of my newest cache. I'm writing this note as a bit of a cautionary tale:if and when you attempt this fourthcoming new cache, please be over-prepared, and bring a standard compass (know how to use it!), water, and (especially this time of the year) 2 flashlights. Uf you are unfamiliar with the area bring a buddy. I've spent a decent portion of my life in the woods, and no matter how experienced I get, I always prepare for worst-case scenarios, like today: coco ran off after I hid the cache, and as we were in an area with few trails if any, I ended up losing my bearings on the way back. By the time I made it out it was dark and coco magically appeared in the parking lot...but if not for the supplies I had on me, I may have ended up spending the night there... Feel free to take my story lightly, but don't blame me if you get lost. Good luck and be careful out there. Lost (coast) Ninja
