Does anyone use a Oregon 400? Should it be in the WAAS enabled mode all the time when geocaching?

I don't know if this helps, or if you already know this information. I figured it didn't hurt post it just in case.

Thanks, I did read about it. I guess I was wondering why it wouldn't always be in the WAAS mode if it is so accurate. I had to enable it. I'm just starting to fiddle with some of the different settings, even though I've had the unit for a while.

WAAS uses both processing and battery resources. So, more accurate, but slower to give a reading and runs the battery down faster.
