Of course we tried to pry hints out of sweetj. After departure Patsu and I headed up to Fern Gully ... sweetj joined up with us and confirmed that the cache was MIA. On the way out Patsu and I encouraged sweetj on his continuing hunt for Wishing Well, hey we even provided some broad suggestions and vague hints. Patsu and I then headed back to King Salmon where we had been drenched a couple of hours before. Soon we met up with Jasper and eventually added our marks to a log sheet behind Bruhn. Take care folks, hope to see you out and about.

The last time I was in the cookhouse I met up with sweetj to talk about Sub Hunt. The manager came over and told sweetj not to eat anymore. Sweetj said, "But it's all you can eat." Are you ready?...for a going away geobreakfast? It's time for another Lost Coast Cachers geoevent and it's also (sadly) time to say goodbye to Team Sydnes who are relocating to USCG Air Station Sacramento in May. Join us for an informal meet 'n' greet and bon voyage breakfast event on Sunday, May 15 at the Moose Lodge in Eureka.

Speaking of teams, Lost Coast Cacher TeamFimJam has already left Humboldt County for the greener pastures (i.e. money) of the San Francisco Bay area. Dave recently posted, "I have left Humboldt for San Fran in hopes that I can actually find a job that pays enough to make ends meet. Thanks for all the fun I've had there and happy caching to you all!" If Dave attends this breakfast it will be a grand old goodbye event for the "teams" of Humboldt County.
